Tagebuch

After the breakfast we all met to start the workshop with Julika and Ruth.

When they asked us to tell them our expectations towards the workshop every person started whispering about what the topic of the workshop was supposed to be.

Nobody really knew the answer, but everyone was still able to formulate a decent expectation.

In order to establish a base, everyone would be happy about working on, Ruth and Julika presented us some rules they thought of. Since the discussion about these rules took some time, in order for everyone to be happy about the result, people became a little impatient.

After a break though, we entered a now empty room filled with music, and the mood among everyone was obviously lifted when we then also did exercises including a lot of dancing. The highlight before lunchtime seemed to be the song “Imagine” when we were all embracing in a circle, relaxing, and a group feeling arose.

After lunch we continued doing exercises which included a lot of trusting and cooperation. We finished the workshop with a very emotional circle, telling each other things that everybody likes to hear others saying about themselves.

Now we knew the answer to what the workshop was for:

All the individuals that came here to Lübeck to build a rainbow had become one team.

Around dinner time two more, important people arrived: Claudia und Klaus!

After our dinner together, we were grouped into five small families and now there was nothing missing to start our first working day tomorrow.
